Kim was always available even with our time change (we are on Boston time, she is on Hawaii time). She was also always very receptive to our needs and responsive to all our questions. She is also extremely polite and very knowledgeable about the island of Maui.

Kimberly was wonderful. She helped my husband and I choose the perfect condo on Maui. We don't live on Maui so it made it a little challenging for us but Kimberly took away all our worries and stress and handled everything for us. She would do facetime calls with us and was very patient with all of our questions. I would 100% recommend Kimberley to anyone that needs an agent for buying or selling or both. I am looking forward to working with Kimberley in the future.

We absolutely loved working with Kimberly! She went above and beyond in helping us buy the home of our dreams. Kimberly is 100% real, honest, and direct. She guided us into making an offer based on the local market standards instead of the one we were used to in the mainland. Since we were on the mainland for almost the entirety of the purchase, Kimberly was our conduit to the property and kept us up to date with everything going on. She was not pushy at all. She allowed my wife and I to set the pace of things. When it came to getting us into a house to see it, she was all business. a few were even on the same day. When it came time to make an offer she didn't tell us what we should do. She strategized with us to make an intelligent offer. There was no doubt in our minds that she had our best interests in mind. When came to the purchase agreement and escrow process she was very informative and always quick to respond to any questions. It may have been chance that brought us together with Kim, but if we searched for year we know we couldn't find anyone better to represent us! Lastly we don't call Kim our agent she is our Friend!
