Kristie LISTENED to what I wanted. She did make some suggestions outside what I told her my parameters where, but as soon as she realized I was firm, she let it go. Many RE Agents I've worked with in the past, made me feel like they had an agenda and they were going to force me to their will, but NOT Kristie...she listened and found what I was looking for.
