Kurt helped me buy this amazing fourplex in East Riverside and I couldn't be happier! It's overall a very competitive market in Austin, and it's even more competitive for a multi-unit situation. Despite the competition, Kurt ensured my offer stand out with the sellers, by closely following up with the sellers' agent and working with me to strategize and counter sellers' requests. He's knowledgeable about the market and has been in the industry for a long time, I like that he is honest and keeps it real when appropriate, but he also pursues opportunities and discounts on my behalf when appropriate. Overall, I enjoyed working with Kurt and would love to work with him in the future again.

Kurt was super patient with us as we had to pause our house hunt for several months. I never felt pressured to resume our house hunt. When we finally did, Kurt was super helpful during the whole process. Always letting us know what to expect and explaining everything along the way. He was always extremely responsive via text and email. Would definitely recommend him!

I would rate Kurt 15/10, unfortunately there is no option to go above 10. Kurt has loads of experience in this field and that proved to be very helpful for us. As a first time homebuyer we had a lot of questions and kurt patiently answered all our questions and made us feel comfortable. Kurt has great connections too, for example he put us in touch with a great lending company who were able to close in record time, he knew a great home inspector who helped to identify the smallest detail and list goes on. I personally think they way he drafted the offer helped us get the house, he knew a lot of things which help our offer to be picked up. He was a great advisor but he let the decisions be made by us.
