After a bad experience with another broker, I was connected with Latif. Latif was great at finding homes in my area that fit what I was looking for. His impressions and feedback when we toured were the same as mine. Those impressions and feedback gave me confidence when we put an offer in on the house I ended up closing on. Before putting an offer in, the level of research Latif put in to help negotiate the price. My only regret is not consulting with him in the first place.
