I am beyond thrilled with the incredible service I received from Lynda while both selling my property and helping us through the buying process of our next property. She was a fierce advocate for us on both the buying and selling sides and went above and beyond to help make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. Her communication was wonderful, and her knowledge is top tier. I would recommend her to anyone in the buying or selling process. There were some hiccups along the way (from the party buying our property) but Lynda was able to successfully navigate those issues and help the sale of our old property and purchase of our new one still happen.

Buying a house is a very stressful and not easy task especially with a seven month old baby, a full-time job , school while relocating to a new area . We could not have done it without Lynda. Lynda was very helpful and communicative through out the process. As a first time home buyer she was very supportive and always willing to answer any questions I had. I had reached out to my personal bank to get preapproval then when the time came they told me the monthly payment would be $400 higher. Lynda was able to connect me with a different company that helped me to get the monthly amount I was looking for. There were some issues with the home found during initial inspection but she was able help me set up specialized inspections so quickly to get answers needed. I feel like she was very honest and looking out for my best interests through out this process. With how crazy the market has been she helped me secure a good deal....
