We hired Lyzette to be our listing agent for our new construction home in the Oakland hills. The pros of our experience were that she was communicative in the beginning stages, provided ongoing feedback from open houses and was responsive during the offer review period. She was very helpful with prep/clean-up on photo day and prior to open houses. She was very organized when it came to preparing our listing for the MLS, marketing materials and addressing other agents’ questions. Lyzette became a member of our family for the period of time we were figuring out, and executing our real estate needs. Last minute requests to see houses, late night text message questions, she was always there, quick to respond and help. She really allowed the journey to be ours and came along side us. We trusted he so much we asked her to both sell our home ‘and’ help us buy a new one. We’re grateful for Lyzette and the Redfin Team for working hard to get us to where we want to be.

Lyzette in a word was "Awesome!" Buying property is tough and guidance is a must. Lyzette was attentive and left no stone unturned, if she didn't have an answer she gave us resources or found us what was needed. She made this a wonder experience, as it's hard to commit a large sum of money.

Lyz was so patient and worked so hard for us! It was great working with Lyzette! We had a long list of "nice to haves" which we didn't think we'd get (including walkability/public transportation links, good schools and a MIL unit) -- and we ended up getting them all at a decent price for the Bay area.
