I am absolutely very unsatisfied with the deal I got. Home inspection company recommended by redfin was as poor as possible. Their inspection was lousy to say the least. My untrained eye found many issues that home inspector (CBI professional property inpections) could not find. When i pointed that out after my walk in the house, (i am still finding many issues) that inspection ignored or could not find redfin Maria kept defending the inspector and till this date defends the home inspector. It seems to me that home inspector company CBI and Redfin work for each other rather than any of them working for the client who is paying them and for the house.
