This is the second time working with Mark. This house was my sister's house and I was selling for her as her attorney-in-fact. Mark suggested ways to spruce up the house for the best presentation of an As Is sale. He presented a good list of comparables and we went through these to determine where my sisters house fit in considering the condition. Mark is a terrific agent, very knowledgeable about home inspection items so you can consider any repairs that may need to be made before you even put in an offer and get an inspection. This really helped me weed out houses that required more work than I was comfortable with and prevented me from wasting time on houses that weren't right for me. I definitely felt like I was a priority of Mark's when working with him, though he is a very popular agent so scheduling house showings on the weekend can be difficult. Luckily, I get off work earlyish so I could do showings during the week after work. When we ran into issues with my lender on the day of my closing, Mark stepped up to the plate and went to bat for me to make my closing happen on time. Highly recommended!
