Prior signing the agreement, Mark promised there would be a special set of pictures included in my ad (with add-on paintings on the walls etc. since my condo was somewhat empty). None of those were ever provided. The quality of pictures in the ad was pretty much at the level of those I took with my cell phone. I would not call them propfessional. I was also told prior signing the agreement Mark would know when potential clients would be visiting my property since the lockbox he kept my keys in was connected to an app on his phone. After reflecting on every step of the process, which dates back a few months, there is not a negative or nit-picky comment that i can say about Mark. He was instrumental in providing neighborhood insights, reviewing every step of the offer, and also provided helpful thoughts on the inspection and punch list process. He supported us remotely with multiple virtual walkthroughs and conducting other tasks that we were incapable of given our distance to the property. I'll also add that Mark was very accessible. There was rarely an instance where he was immediately available via text or call to review even a minor detail in the process. Highly recommend!
