Marta has been terrific. She listened to my concerns and was enthusiastic to help at every step of the way. She has the grit of Mickey Goldmill with the sensitivity of Apollo Creed. Due to Covid-19, and the complications it's created with my job, I had to back out of the condo Marta helped me find and negotiate a very reasonable price on; however, once the global economy rebounds from this, and I'm back fighting for condos again, I want Marta in my corner!! I have recommended her to two friends thus far, and will continue to recommend her to any friend looking for a real estate agent that not only cares but is willing and capable to put the work in for them.

Marta was amazing!!! We were looking for a home during the pandemic, which is a hard task to do. Marta was the one who encouraged us to look at our home that we purchased. I wasn't confident in our chances of purchasing this home, but Marta scheduled the tour anyway. We fell in love with the house and Marta encouraged us to put in an offer. The owner counter offered and we accepted. We purchased the second home we looked at. The closing process was fast and hectic, but Marta kept her calm and walked us through the whole process even during this madness. As in any relationship, it is expected that there will be growing pains from the outset as each person grows to understand one another. While I am detail oriented, admittedly, I can be demanding and impatient. I believe that Marta adapted quickly to understand my expectations and I found that we worked well together. Albeit looking for homes is an exciting time, it is anxiety inducing course. Marta's calm demeanor, professionalism, and urgency to address questions quickly are perfect qualities to help diffuse the levels of stress that compliment this process. I appreciate all the hard work that she put forth to get me into a fantastic home.
