"Joyce and I could not have been more pleased with Mary Cousley performance. We meet Mary at a open house and knew from talking to her that she was very passionate about her job. She has a great personality and a professional attitude. Thru the process of showing "many" houses to us and buying/selling of a house, she made the process enjoyable but also understandable. She was available 24/7 to answer our questions/concerns. During the process of buying/selling there were "hiccups" that affected the outcome of the loan(s) process by the lenders.
