Mauricio was FANTASTIC. We were first time sellers and out of state with no clue what we were doing. Mauricio was always able to answer every question, no matter how stupid, with very definitive ideas based on experience and sound strategy. I don’t think we ever waited more than perhaps 30 minutes for a response. He even helped personally facilitate the return of both our garage openers that we accidentally drove off with! We interviewed a number of realtors and without a doubt we picked the best choice. My only regret is that now we are too far away to have him be our realtor in our housing search here.

Let me begin with how professional Mauricio was - we had early on an encounter with another realtor who tried to lure us away from him by frightening us that our home won't sell not only because we listed with Redfin but also with Mauricio. When I told him about it, he adhered to Realtor ethics and did not call out anybody in our interest. He professionally told us to stay focused on showings and kept us on track. His assessment at first about our property value was also on the dot! We listed it higher based on Zestimate but Mauricio patiently waited for us to come to our own realization about the market conditions and worked with us throughout.
