I started looking for homes after Thanksgiving 2022 on Redfin and would go to Open Houses during the weekends on the homes I liked. Then in early January, there were 2 homes that could only be seen by appointment, so I created a Redfin account, scheduled the tours, and that is when I met Meena. She showed both homes, let me take my time, and never rushed me to move along. I liked the 2nd house and asked Meena to be my agent to buy the house. She gave me all the disclosure reports and advice when I was thinking about my offer. I didn't like the foundation had cracks and issues, and Meena explained we have the Inspection Contingency where if we find something wrong after they accept my offer, that I could get the 3% deposit back.
