Megan was instrumental in selling the house. When I was trying to put it on the market and discovered last minute that it needed a ton of renovation, Megan dove in, connected me with a contractor, and did most of the coordination with the contractor for me. I live in a different state, so having someone who was present and involved turned what easily could have been a nightmare process into a total success.
