I worked with Sarah really, not Meghan so much. Sarah was AWESOME! She really knows how to work hard. In a market like this, that is a must! She is very nice, makes you feel comfortable and aware of the overall situation. A “call anytime” kinda worker, can’t stress this enough, plus amazing communication skills. 10 out of 10!

Meghan and her team (Cassandra Truax) were amazing. Meghan was my realtor to purchase my house in 2014/15 when I first moved to Texas. She breaks things down easily so you understand all of your options and what you’re getting into with companies (we were having a house built) and dealing with the building contractor when our move in date was falling behind schedule. Of course when it was time for me to sell said house (2020), I couldn’t go with anyone else but Meghan!!! She helped me get rid of the old and into a new after my divorce. It was a hard time (I was a emotional wreck) and I’m not easy to deal with becuase I never know what I want, but Meghan and Cassandra were there every step of the way answering my questions/text/emails at all hours (not to mention Meghan dropping things last min to show me a house before it flew off the market). If you want someone to take time to understand your wants and needs with no judgement, or someone who cares to make sure you feel like you’re finding a home and you’re not just a commission to them, then definitely go with Meghan!!!

Meghan has such a command of her field and a pinstaking eye for detail that it made selling our home a snap.
