It was great to have her sell my house. I felt confident and comfortable because she was always there for me. Always on time and quick to respond to any questions we had as well as offer her insight. Loved touring with Melanie as she has a great eye and noticed things in the home that we did not. It was great not feeling pressured to offer on a house after seeing A LOT of them and she was very understanding and patient with us especially after backing out from making an offer on a home. Ultimately, we found a house we liked and she was there every step of the way.
One suggestion is for her to be a little more aggressive. We felt like at times the listing agent was rude to both Melanie and us so a bit more aggressiveness could help - but Melanie is just too nice of a person.
