Melissa was great. Her team was wonderful too. We had a very challenging time with one house we were under contract for falling through because of very serious issues found during inspection. Melissa was great keeping us informed, the process going, and supporting us when we decided to go back and make a counter offer on a home we had fallen in love with (where we now live). The home buying process is so stressful, esp in the time of COVID, we could not have asked for a better partner in guiding us through for our first home!

She did not attend a single Open house. Even when the weather was bad and we asked to cancel a Open House another representative pulled up the open house signs, however he did not remain to handle those that still wanted to see the home. She ask me to send her the agents cards so she could follow up not by phone by texting them. She did meet the other realtors for showings. We had to ask about the outcomes of showings, otherwise we had no follow up. Several times she didn't even know we had showings. No notice of cancelled showings. We only had her at the house once and that was one month prior to the only offer we had via a virtual tour. She never stopped in to see how things were going or for a visit. She helped us navigate the difficulty of losing the sale on our first try and never gave up on finding us the dream home after that. She is always available, very responsive and resourceful.
