Mike Martin, helped me sell our house, we did not buy a house. With that being said, Mike met all expectations. He was all over it. We had a pest insp. and roof insp. completed in no time to not slow the process. Sign in front of house coming soon, our idea. House had offers a couple of days after the sign went up. Mike helped calm us down and gave ideas on getting house ready to show short notice. Everything worked out much better than we thought. We pleased with Mikes experience and professionalism.

Mike was referred to us by some friends as doing quite well for them on their sale. We felt very comfortable with him from the beginning and things progressed very rapidly. He helped us in ways we hadn't thought of in getting our home ready to list. His photographer was fantastic, almost didn't want to sell it. When we we're going live on MLS, he already had a buyer and the home was sold without listing it. Now that was a fast and efficient process. Would we recommend him, YES definitely. If I could give him 10 stars I would. Great individual and very easy to work with, great lines of communication in keeping us informed with each step of the process.
