I was admittedly skeptical about enjoying a relationship with an agent during the current market landscape. Michael, however, quickly became someone we trusted and brought excitement and joy to the home buying process. He is extremely knowledgeable and his true passion for all things home related is contagious. He was also extremely reliable and an excellent communicator. We found him to be patient and conscientious at all times, even when our nerves were at all time highs. We are so grateful for his commitment to helping us find and land the right home for our family, while amazingly keeping the process fun. All in all, Michael exceeded all expectations and I could not recommend him more highly.

Mike knew exactly which month and day we needed to get our townhouse listed to create a buyers frenzy and to get us above listing price. He brought in his photographer and the staging company that he thought we should use to create the perfect listing. Within an hour of the listing going live it was bombarded with buyers booking appointments to view the place. We ended selling in 6 days (during covid) with 10 offers and accepting one well above the asking price. This is our second time using Mike and he is our permanent agent for future endeavors.

I cannot say enough positive things about working with Michael. This is our first experience selling a home with him (he's helped us purchase both of our homes in the past) and he went above and beyond to ensure our home was ready for the market. He was extremely communicative and walked us through each step of the process, answering all of our questions as they came up. He set up a timeline for listing and open houses that helped ensure the quick sale of our home for over our asking price. I highly recommend Michael to anyone that is looking for a great agent.

We recently closed on our new home with Michael, and he is simply the best. Not only is Michael incredibly knowledgeable, familiar with neighborhoods, and in touch with the market trends, he is a great person backed by a strong team. He is always up for seeing a house, has clear communication, was patient with our year plus of house shopping to find the perfect one, able to point out strengths and weaknesses of houses as we walked through them, and is a genuinely nice guy to spend all of that house shopping quality time together with. Ultimately, the house we loved had 14 offers in, and Michael made it happen. We are so thankful for the house shopping experience we had with Michael.

Michael was fantastic. We couldn't be happier.
Very knowledgeable about codes, construction, and the neighborhoods.
He found us the perfect house: a house with a fairly big yard in walking distance to a public transportation. You usually get one or the other, so we thought we'd be looking for months. Solar panels, and a fireplace and a hot tub were also on the list. It had 20 panels and 2 fireplaces. The only thing we had to buy is the tub, and it's coming tomorrow!
We started the paperwork on it less than a month after starting to look.
Not only did he get the price reduced (after it had already had a price cut), the appraisal was over the price!
We've been in our dream home from August to January now, and the honeymoon may never end.

If there was an option for 11 I'd click it. Michael was amazing, genuine and honest. Provided great insight but never tried to push his own agenda or influence our decision.
