It was a very pleasant surprise working with Michael. I have purchased 8 houses over my lifetime, and I have generally said "I don't who the real estate agent is working for, but it isn't me.". It wasn't that ay with Michael. He was with us from start to finish. It was particularly difficult for him because we were out of state a lot. He worked with our daughter, who acted as our proxy. Michael worked with her as a team. He was also very attentive. Overall, he is the best realtor we have worked with.

Michael is the best realtor I've ever worked with. I'm currently overseas, and Michael went out of his way to tour multiple properties and live stream, take photos and send videos. He also offered significant expertise on issues with the various lots (from potential problematic neighbors to ease (or lack thereof) of building on the lots. Once we identified the right lot, Michael saw us through several negotiations to get the right price. Michael's motivations were always transparent; I never had a doubt that he was advising/doing what's best for me. Finally, Michael is genuine, kind and patient. He's someone I would seek out the opportunity to work with again.
