Completely undersold my home. Even when I asked she was underpricing . Take d first offer it’s secure. I don’t live there so I just took it though I wasn’t happy. I have been working with this client for many months preparing to go on the market. At the time of going on the market we had very high interest with lots of showings out of the gate and I was very excited to let her know that this amount of showings would likely lead to multiple offers. I also had conversations with her about what to expect. We received a great offer fairly quickly that included a letter from the buyers. The seller was touched by this letter and felt happy that the house could accommodate this family, considering the adult son had special needs and they were having a difficult time finding a home that could accommodate those needs, including no steps and also the driveway which allowed room for the van and a wheelchair to be accessible. At no time did I ever push into making a decision. That's not my way of working with customers and never has been. I never forced her to accept the offer and she knew we were getting a lot of showings. I always give all of the information and let the seller decide knowing what the pros and cons are. I did tell her there is a possibility we can get a higher offer, we never know one way or the other and that is the risk of taking an offer. Again, it was a great offer, and the seller was touched by the letter and even after we received a backup offer, she communicated to me that she was still happy with the offer that we have because things would work out the way they were meant to work out, but we had a good backup offer if it didn’t. She had a lot of confusion on her end including filling out her CAD 3 or more times and also insisted on making repairs to make the home good for the buyers when they moved in because she wanted to convey a house the way she would want to receive it, but later changed her mind and seemed agitated about making the repairs, even though I never asked her to. This is dissapointing and surprising feedback given the seller communicated she was happy with the offer throughout the entire process.5.0

There are always hiccups when selling a home and it helped having someone with some deep knowledge to help guide things. Despite being frustrated with some items that got miscommunicated, it was more important to see things go smoothly (especially for first time home buyers as in this case) than be nitpicky about minor details. Overall, I was left very happy and I thank Michelle for her guidance, attentiveness, and sometimes patience with me.

Michele was the 2nd Redfin agent to be assigned to us. The first Redfin agent resigned from the company midstream and we were bumped around with a few contacts until we were assigned to her. We did not feel Michele's strong point was communication. She was prompt in responding but I did most of the contacting/following up. I can honestly say that I'm a homeowner once again only because of Michele and her willingness to guide me through a potentially sale ending situation.
I had to find another lender quickly once I realized my initial lender was going to charge me over $1900 in closing costs that I didn't have. I was stressed about it and Michele gave me an immediate option with a lender she had worked with before.

Michele did an incredible job selling our home! She had experience and success at selling homes in the area and was organized. She paid attention to detail which really helped in selling our home. Michele was creative with our MLS listing and took the best photographs of our home. She always returned our calls promptly and made every appointment on time. She was an honest agent and always told us like it was, even when it wasn't always the easiest to hear during the time we were selling our home. She always laid out exactly what to expect, from sale price to timing and more. Working with Michele was a wonderful experience!

Michele is a great agent. She contacted me shortly after I rented my home. I explained that due to the market I decided to rent the home for 2 years. She offered her help and assistance if I needed anything, and asked if she could call me in a years time. I said yes, she if we talked and on the 2nd year she called me again. I was ready to sell. She handled everything since I was out of state. We never meant in person but I cannot be happier with her serve and professionalism. She did a fantastic job. You will not be disappointed.
