My overall experience with selling my house with Michelle went unexpectedly smoothly. Selling or buying a house is hard. Moving is hard. So, I was surprised when everything went as smoothly as it did. Michelle was there to be sure that all the details were taken care of, so nothing slipped through the cracks. She's also very understanding of how emotionally difficult home selling & buying can be. It was also a huge help that Michelle and "EXP" surround themselves and network with very kind and competent people. I highly recommend using Michelle, (Shelly) as your realtor.
