I have three people in my 60 years of life that get a 10-star rating, Michelle is one of those three. I can’t imagine anyone being a better broker. Her nickname is “Trigger” because in the 11 years I’ve known her she has NEVER taken more than 5-minutes to reply to a call, text or e-mail. (Even at 3:30am one sleepless night! She is perfect! Home buying and selling in today's market was one of the most stressful things we could have done, but Michelle helped us keep our faith that it could be done, and she did it! Michelle went above and beyond to sell our home. We had our home listed with another agent for 3 months and within 2 days of Michelle taking it over she had a full offer. We had several issues with inspections and Michelle took over and handled everything as I was out of the area. She was pleasant and efficient and I have never worked with anyone who went above and beyond like Michelle. She took care of ensuring the yard was appealing, she had the house cleaned spotless (I don't think it was ever that clean before). Moreover, she staged the house at her cost. I would recommend her to anyone who is thinking of selling their home and she would be the first person I call in the future. You would be lucky to get her.

Very nice experience working with her and Katlin. The only thing I question on the whole experience it. I not sure what happened with the 1041 exchange. I was led to believe that the exchange would be handled by the title Co. So when I went to sigh the docks in Vacaville, I felt alittle stupid. It was never explained to me that I had to go out and get an exchange co to do that.
