Nancy was very professional and personable throughout the interactions we have had with her. Most of the times, she was punctual in her responses to our questions or comments. She was very pleasant to work with. The only thing I would ask for improvement is that after the initial offers were made in the first week, we didn't realize that Redfin had pulled our listing from the market and that was not communicated to us. The first few days, we had many requests for viewing the house and then we didn't hear anything. We were wondering why there were no more requests until later-we figured out that Redfin must have pulled our house out of the market as we had multiple offers. But this was not communicated to us. This is my first time working with Nancy, but third time overall with Redfin. My previous two experiences with Redfin were great, and Nancy continues the tradition. Redfin's fee structure is lower than traditional agents, on both the buy and sell side. While that is a great perk not to be discounted, based on my experiences, I would stick with Redfin even if they didn't offer the monetary rewards. The customer service is simply exceptional.
