Natalie was very attuned to my needs as a seller. She helped me set reasonable benchmarks in the process so I felt confident in preparing my home to sell. Her analysis of the market in preparing comparables and a listing price was spot on. We received strong offers within 3 days including a contract and was able to close in 2 weeks. I really could not have had a better experience or a better partner in selling my beloved home to a new family.

Natalie was just what we needed! She was extremely responsive to all of our calls, emails, and texts throughout the entire process. When we didn't understand something, she was there to explain it in language we understood. She worked wonderfully with our lender and inspector. Natalie was very professional and kind while helping me find my first home. She was very attentive throughout the closing process, she would reach out to me personally if she found a home that she believed would fit my needs and wants and text me with any/all updates she knew about and made sure I kept on track when it came to our closing day! She was also flexible with meeting times when showing me homes and very acknowledgeable when it came to any and all questions I had from day one, to our closing day, and even after our closing! 10/10 recommend Natalie

Natalie was great! Great communication and she’s very personable! During our showings she would point out pros and possible problem areas about the properties. She is very knowledgeable and has done a lot of research! The first house we tried to buy fell through after the inspection and negotiation process because of the difficult sellers. Natalie worked over and beyond trying to make it work! The second house was a breeze! She was great to work with! She has made this home buying process so easy for us!
