Natalie did an excellent job. She is super patient because I worked with her for 2 years to find the perfect home. She never pressured me and when we were in escrow the first time over a year ago and I didn't feel comfortable with the inspection reports she got me out of the deal with my deposit back... no questions asked. We finally got me into the perfect home in my price range. She was able to negotiate a deal and they chose my offer over higher offers. She truly is a miracle worker.

We wanted to sell my house in Seattle while we were in a different state, had worked with Natalie before and liked her service so called her and on the next day she sent me a range for the selling price and how much I would be getting at the end of the transaction for each price, we decided to list it once the tenants vacate the house but through her network she managed to get an offer for full price even before we list it and that offer went through and we closed on time! that was even better that the best scenario I had in mind.
Also she took care of everything that needed to be done with the house with us need to be there, she exceeded our expectation in every aspect, really happy with the service and would recommend Natalie to anyone wants to sell or buy a house in that Area,

There were some complications with this purchase from the very beginning, starting with no open houses offered and very limited viewing of the property, long offer and counter offer process, and 45 day escrow. All of these issues were entirely on the seller’s side and their realtor. Natalie was in constant contact with the seller’s realtor, pro active and monitored the process every step of the way. She put out multiple fires, some of which I wasn’t aware of until after the fact. She handled the entire process seamlessly, from beginning to end, and had my best interest in mind the entire time. This is my second transaction with Natalie, she sold my house, and helped me purchase this condo. I will absolutely use her again!
