Nikki was so patient and willing to listen as we decided what type of home we wanted. She worked to find many options and would schedule a visit to a home when we were in the area from Central Oregon. Nikki made herself available whenever we had a question. She had great strategies for having our bid excepted. She also continued to help us find local people to help us get settled with utilities, internet, banking, landscape maintenance, and any repairs needed. A truly professional and caring person. We could not have found a better agent!

We moved from California to Washington State. A friend of ours introduced us to Nikki who spent some time explaining the Washington area we were interested in. The process for us to make a decision took four years. Nikki kept in touch the whole time sending properties online that we might be interested in. When we were ready to make a purchase, Nikki even reviewed the property and help make the decision on what property to purchase. She had great insight in what her buyers needs are. She was even able to adapt to our lender, who she didn't know. Nikki made our purchase and move a pleasure. My wife and I would recommend Nikki to anyone and especially to anyone who might have a difficult process.

Nikki was very helpful and professional in every aspect of our experience. She quickly found listings for us...when they occurred. The market was both limited and "hot". Quickly identifying possibilities was critical as they quickly disappeared. Nikki was always willing to travel to visit the listing on short notice. She gave us good/professional advice on how to construct proposals. Toward the end of our closing process it was apparent the escrow company and loan officers were not reaching out to each other to finalize the process. Nikki stepped in and moved the process to closure. We are very happy to have worked with Nikki. This was our second experience with Nikki and both were excellent.

She kept us informed regarding multiple listings, and was available for virtual walk throughs. Essentially the entire process was completed remotely and we are very pleased to be new homeowners in Port Townsend.
