Working with Nikki has been a wonderful experience. As we were getting ready to sell our house, Nikki took the time to educate us on the comp's in the area by using the tools and her vast experience. This helped to get our home priced at the "right price". Once we got started in getting the home ready, Nikki was quick to organize cleaning and readiness of the house itself. Within 2 days of posting the house we had multiple showings and multiple offers above asking price. I would highly recommend that anyone who wants to maximize their home buying and selling experience work with Nikki.

Nikki was great to work with. Her negotiation skills helped us purchase the perfect house at the price we wanted. She referred us to several skilled contractors and since we were moving from the east coast and were not here, she took care of scheduling and supervising the work. When we moved, everything was ready for us - new paint, carpet, electrical updates and roof repairs were all done! What a pleasure!
