Sam has been an invaluable resource in our home buying and selling journey. She helped us purchase our starter home in 2019, sell that home in 2024, and purchase a family home in 2024. In both purchases we were in multiple offer situations and she worked hard to get ours accepted, while not going over market value. She was also able to negotiate measurable seller credits for home repairs. On the sell side, she got very creative to market our home and held multiple open houses and we got the price we were aiming for. Sam’s ability to keep things organized and on track is outstanding, and she is a lot of fun in the process. She does a great job ensuring all parties (inspection, mortgage, insurance, etc) are aligned. She is very knowledgeable about the San Diego market and genuinely cares about her clients and provides honest feedback. She is not looking for a quick transaction; she’s aims to make sure you feel solid every step of the way. Her services have not ended after closing.
