We have worked with several real estate agents in the past, but none of them have been as attentive and on the ball as Pamela. We saw several houses, and she was very diligent in doing research on the neighborhood so when we were ready to make an offer, we had a good idea what to bid. When the contract was complicated by inspection issues, she was very supportive in negotiating for us, and ultimately when we decided it was the wrong time to move forward with the purchase she couldn’t have been more kind about it, despite all the time she’d put in. We will definitely be ready to start the search again in the next few months, and she has earned our loyalty!

Pamela spent the last 6 months helping us find the perfect place. We saw about 200 houses in that time, made 19 offers, went into escrow 5 times, and finally ended up with the house of our dreams. She supported us the whole time. She never gave up or got annoyed. She was just as determined to find a house that was perfect for us as we were. She wasn't upset with us when we rescinded our first offer. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home. Pamela was my agent for the purchase of condo in Beaverton, OR. She was most helpful for arranging the visits to the property I selected. I appreciate if you could more gentle and correct in her communication with clients. My request for information was sometimes giving a rough and even rude answers. I missed buying a house I liked because of poor communication with the property seller. I indicated to Pam that I willing to offer a higher price. This information did not reach the seller and the townhouse was sold. I would like to mention that members of Pamela team are most resourceful and helpful. I gathered from them valuable information about the houses and explained neighborhood a lot more than what I got from Pam. Also, I asked Pam to alert me to any property than meets my criteria.... As life-long city dwellers we were fortunate that she has personal experience with rural living and educated us on so many things we had no idea about. My wife and I were looking for something very specific that included a decent sized home with a lot of useable acreage near the north eastern part of Vancouver. After 8 months of searching, countless tours, 2 failed offers, and another 2 months to close we are now in our fantastic new home and couldn't be happier. Throughout the whole process Pam was always on top of things, excellent with communication, and quick with paperwork and requests.
