Patrick is a decent real estate agent, but he doesn't go above and beyond. He does his job of getting things done, but it's clear that he has many clients and doesn't have enough time to devote to any particular one. He only showed up to 3 of our many appointments during our home buying process and wasn't even at the key exchange. His advise is also a little questionable, as he advised us not to negotiate on the price of our house, yet almost every other unit in the same complex sold for less than ours, which makes me think that we could have negotiated. As first time home buyers, we had a lot of questions about the process and contract, which Patrick often answered in very short-ended ways, like 'That's just the way it is with new constructions'.
