We were so happy that we discovered Redfin and used Paula as our seller's agent. Paula was so professional and her suggestion about removing everything from the home before putting it up for sale was the best advice. We were already living in Colorado when we put the house up for sale, and it sold only a few days after it was advertised on the MLS. We communicated with Paula through texts and emails and she answered our texts immediately and helped take care of the issues we had after the home inspection. Paula was great! We looked at some other places in the area and she helped me find a place I love. It was an abandoned house, she even stayed here while I had pest control "de-bug" the place and an HVAC company inspect the AC and work up an estimate since I lived an hour away. She also picked up some packages that were delivered early and brought them to me on my first night here! She is friendly, personable, and knows the area well.
