Paul knows his stuff better than any agent I've worked with. "Stuff" meaning everything relevant to buying property: from what makes a location good or bad, signs that there were structural issues with a house, everything. He provides valuable feedback about places I look at and doesn't pressure me into buying anything on his timeline. If anything, he's more likely to talk you out of a place you like for reasons that aren't immediately obvious to non-experts.

He and Bart were very good about listing out all the things needed during the buying and selling process. Paul is a knowledgeable realtor who obviously cares about his clients. With a background in structural engineering, Paul is able to advise on the condition of the older homes in the area. He worked with me for many months in a tough market, making multiple offers before we finally had one accepted. He even advised me not to purchase a more expensive home that would have made him more profit. He did this because he did not believe it was worth the extra money. In the end, I purchased a smaller home meeting all my needs and am very happy with my decision. Paul was an amazing asset during my first home buying experience, and I will only be using Paul for my realtor for any future DFW sales.
