We bought and sold a home while working with Rachael and the Redfin team. Initially, we were only going to buy a house with Redfin but she explained how Redfin worked, that it was more about a team approach and the business case, such as the listing fees, and pictures. After buying our home we decided to continue to work with Rachael on purchasing a home. Throughout the process of buying and selling our home, she kept us informed about what was going on, communicated very well, was easy to reach and provided valuable advice. We have recommended Rachael and Redfin to friends and would work with her again.

We first met Rachael in August when she showed us a Redfin listing we had seen on another MLS site. She informed us of the advantages to work with Redfin which we did not forget. When it came time for us to list our property, we thought of Rachael's professionalism and the Redfin 1.5% broker fee of which she had informed us. (and an additional .5% rebate if we buy with Redfin in 1 year.) The quality of Rachael and her team is outstanding: the MLS listing was top notch attracting several hundred views with many as 'favorites', and several tours each week. The quality of the accepted bid was excellent and Rachael did a great job negotiating the final terms.
