Two people recommended her to me. I'm happy Rebecca was/is my realtor. She was always trying her best. She explained and answered any questions or concerns I had. Her knowledge, skill and abilities stood out from 2 previous realtors I had. One was not too serious and didn't request a contract. The other person was good but did not have the years of experience like Rebecca. I did have a contract with her. She was good but the experience level was a night and day difference.

Following the inspection Rebecca was able to get a contractor out to the house on short notice to give us an estimate on repair work needed. She is friendly with a good response time to texts and emails. At some points we felt a little bit like a number/a lack of personalized service. There were times she was absent and her associate stepped in, but his minimal experience level and lack of time managemt skills was a detriment.

I can be a difficult client... I change my mind and push for things that might seem out of reach to other people and I ask to see a lot of properties before I stumble into that one that speaks to me. Rebecca was instrumental in assisting us to make a complicated relocation from out of state that involved selling our current home and purchasing new construction in WA state. We can't recommend Rebecca enough! She went above-and-beyond the call of duty, helping us through a difficult process with honesty, patience and tenacity. Our home purchase was complicated by many factors, any of which could have scuttled the deal, but she helped see it through.
