Rebecca guided us through our first home buying experience… and was very patient with us as we came to terms with what we wanted vs what we could afford. She provided us with lots of guidance and grounding as we faced the reality of the housing market in the Bay Area and never tried to convince us into something more or less than perfect for us. She’s a great listener, honest, and a great communicator and checked in with us and our lenders often throughout the process. She advocated hard for us in the closing process and helped smooth out all the unexpected bumps as lender terms kept changing (because we ended up buying into a newly formed TIC and had to switch lenders).
