OMG!!! Rhonda Dennis, was great, phenomenal to say the least. When I first met Rhonda through redfin, I had already had the home that I wanted to purchase in mind, however that home went under contract before I had to chance to grab it up. So Rhonda went back to the drawing board and came up with an even better home/ option for me, a new construction!!! I was very pleased and happy with the home that I purchased through Rhonda, but the cherry on top of all of that was the neighborhood was already booming, which is something that I didn't even realize until after 2 weeks of closing.
