I worked mostly with Mark, Robin's husband, on the land purchase - Robin gave me some advice about my upcoming home sale, but the Spangenbergs ended up moving to Florida before we got to that. In my experience, both are outstanding realtors: smart, knowledgeable and completely honest. It was a pleasure to work with them, and I think you would have to look a long time find someone as good.

We have worked with Robin on several other occasions and respect her a great deal. That being said, the selling of this place started just as COVID 19 hit and it became an entirely different experience quickly. Nonetheless, Robin's experience and ability to work with agents and buyers led us through this process. There were many unexpected bumps and along the way and Robin showed empathy while at the same time keep us focused on getting the deal done.

Robin is absolutely incredible! She was extremely responsive, knowledgeable, patient and honest. We felt like she was in our corner and because of her, we were able to get into our dream home! She helped us navigate putting in an offer, responding to a counter and answered the 1000 questions we had about the P&S agreement and the closing process. We would highly recommend both Robin and her husband Mark!
