Roz is simply amazing. We were very busy with our office work during our 5 day (monday-friday) due diligence period and she went above and beyond to get our due diligence completed on time. She stayed on top of all inspections , and proactively got estimates for findings coming out of inspections of this old property. She did evening checkins with us to update us on inspection findings and estimations from the day. So we could concentrate on work during the day. Our house was not as expensive as other houses she sells and we really appreciated her full attention to our property and her flexibility to adjust to our work schedules and different forms of communication based on time of the day

In this competitive seller market, it is very hard to find a good house and getting offer accepted. Roslyn and her team were helpful and responsive on scheduling house visits and putting offer together. All the showing agents were very good, they discussed about pros and cons of each house and helped us to make the right decision. It took more than 5 months to find the right one, it means a few rejected offers and backing out of an offer after inspection. At one point we almost gave up, Roslyn encouraged us to keep looking for the right one. Roslyn made it her priority to ensure that we got what we wanted. Roslyn was very nice and cordial throughout the process. My main issue was her level of engagement. She seemed distant and uninformed. In Roslyn's defense, she did have surgery, which put her out in the middle of our buying process. That said, as we neared closing and when she was back working, I asked a question about the seller not building our home to code and her broker's response was to cancel the contract or move forward with the defects. In reading the contract, I found a clause that required the builder to fix the issues or go to arbitration. Both of those were better options than what they recommended.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to give legal advice due to the fact that I am not a licensed attorney. I recommended speaking with a real estate attorney to obtain legal advice.
