Ryan was great to work with! He was very respectful and informative. There was no pressure sales here but he gave his honest opinion where needed. He used great judgement to help guide without imposing. This was a first time home buying experience for me and he was very intuitive when it came to offering information. He's just a good guy who does the right thing, which helped our experience to be comfortable.

Great agent! Ryan helped both my husband and I sell our houses right away (we had 2 houses). He helped us get into a lovely home in South Jordan area. Things went better than expected for selling and getting into a new home. Ryan seemed to know what he was doing all the time and followed through with things. He was willing to travel from Davis to Utah county, and never pressured us to make a fast decision. I would recommend him to anyone trying to buy or sell.

Ryan is fabulous! We are so grateful to him! We went through a difficult move to Utah, which we had never even seen, after 8 years in Canada. The house and neighborhood is perfect and our youngest daughter loves her school. We were so lucky to have found him. His good advice and guidance, while we were still in Canada, helped us secure our mortgage. We bought the house on our first day in Utah. Not a day goes by that I don't remember how lucky we were, and how different everything might have been if not for his insight and hard work on our behalf. Thank you!
