My husband and I owned a piece of property that we considered very hard to sell. In this climate of covid, we really didn't expect to find a qualified buyer anytime soon. That proved to be the very challenge that the Othman Team, Sam and Eliza, decided they could handle. And they did, exceeding my expectations. I anticipated a troublesome escrow, demands from the buyer, etc. But this Team not only met this challenge - - they exceeded it. They took it upon themselves to look after the property (80 miles away from us!) , made suggestions as to how we could improve the salability of it, etc. The escrow was short and trouble-free! We live in Orange County and the property was in Riverside County. We never had to leave our home to sign documents or for anything else! I highly recommend this... Show More
