Sarah was extremely helpful in the process of locating a property that I felt comfortable with. She continued to enhance the experience by bringing her expertise and foresight on what the home would need after purchase. This allowed me to feel more at ease with the decision to pass on many homes and come to a stable point to make a clear decision. Sarah was a delight and I have recommended her in conversations to friends as she treated the process excellently and I never felt like she was rushing me to make a decision just to close a deal. Time with Sarah was wonderful and she took the time to understand how I process the decision of a home purchase.

I couldn't have had a better agent than Sarah. She was an advocate, and just the person we needed helping us. She gave her honest opinions and was able to help us find the house that checked all our boxes. She was responsive, and answered questions to the best of her ability. If she didn't know, she got back to us when she did. I felt like although we were strangers when we met, we were friends by closing. We appreciated all the extra effort she made when trying to work on our behalf. I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone who is looking for their forever home!

Sarah really helped us achieve our goal. We appreciated her experienced perspective guiding us in the process. We are especially grateful that she encouraged us to use the concierge service- we truly believe that extra bit of attention showcased our property and positioned us for a quick sale.
