WOW where do I start!! She really exceeded our expectation from the sales of our primary residence to the purchase of the new resident she was awesomely awesome!! What does that mean? 1. Responsiveness - at the Priemer level the expectation of your realtor is somewhat higher, and she rose to the occasion each time. 2. Approachable - never once with all the questions we had did she make Sylvia and I feel less than very approachable - would stay on the phone until all questions were addressed. 3. Understanding - even on vacation she stayed connected - even though she said she wouldn't be available - we ran into a snag on something and i reached out to her and she did a Sarah, she delivered for Sylvia and I. 4. She really cared about us, understood our needs from the very first meeting giving us ideas on how to better price the property. She was always available to answer our questions. Our house was sold in 40 days from listing to closing. We really appreciated her assistance. However, the service from Redfin's partner Allegiance Title Company was no match. April’s Closing Disclosure on 11/20 included a miscalculation of 3% commission for Redfin as opposed to 1.5%. At the closing table on 11/23, she still presented us with the same copy without correction made.

I would NOT make sarah responsible for time And the hassle it took us to sell our house. I would make redfin responsible for it, assigning an agent to a new nature of a house WITHOUT any experience, is a blunder. The permit issue made us think of not dealing with redfin ever again. Secondly, I also thought that the negotiation power on price was zero, it felt as if it was a sided deal. Horrible experience. Again, these reviews are for redfin and, NOT For MS SARAH.

Sarah was responsive when I asked questions but since my house was at the minimum commission I felt she didn’t do her best work... examples: Wanted me to take the first offer day one, wanted me to drop the agreed upon price after inspection, wanted me to give concessions that I felt were unreasonable for a SELLERS agent. The whole time it basically felt like she worked for the buyers and not me, very disappointed and I will not be recommending Redfin moving forward. Again it might be 100% commission related so maybe that’s why.

It was actually the highest price home in the neighborhood. She was able to locate the exact buyer we were looking for that would offer us a fair value which was very important in honoring my late brother’s legacy. Everything was flawless and we closed on time. Lastly I cannot express how important it was that we found the right buyer for his home that would enjoy it. That could not have been accomplished if we didn’t use Sarah. It truly was a harmonious solution.

Sarah was very responsive and went above and beyond in her assistance to sell my home. I had already moved out of the state and Sarah took care of getting the contractors into the home. I had already listed my home with another realtor and the deal fell apart at the last minute due to lack of communication with my agent. Sarah was professional and did a wonderful job.
