Sarom took her time with me. She was patience and she fought for me when it time for it. She is very well experienced.

As I first-time homebuyer, I truly cannot imagine going through the home buying process without Sarom. From the moment we first connected ( and even after I closed), she was by my side every step of the way-- always a call or text away to help, check in/provide updates, or answer questions both big and small. I learned so much through the process of working together. I know buying a home can be stressful, but Sarom made it as painless as can be and I am incredibly grateful for her help and support.

Sarom is very friendly and patient in helping us look for our first home. We went to many open houses and private showings ranging from single family homes, townhouses, to Condos in several cities. Sarom also has many years of experience working full time as an agent and was able to help us discuss the paperwork then work on the closing documents. Sarom also recommended us a good lender that will work with her directly saving some extra work for us. After purchasing the home, Sarom kept in touch with us afterwords and continue to invite us to holiday gatherings.

Working with Sarom was a great experience. She guided my wife and I through the home buying process with ease, and was always available to answer questions, explain things, or to help make decisions. Sarom was very knowledgeable of the area and market in Long Beach, and she developed a great report with us. She got three bids in for us over a weekend, and helped us to ensure that one of them would come through, and it did! She was also great in working with our lender, which was a somewhat complicated process. When the condo we ultimately purchased was being rehabbed, and the closing was delayed nearly leading to our interest rate going up, Sarom was patient and helped us keep calm about the whole situation.
