We met Satch by chance. We weren't looking for a home and stumbled upon what we knew would be our forever home. When you know, you know. The problem was - we weren't prepared. We weren't in the process of looking so weren't working with an agent. We asked Satch if he would be open to helping represent us as buyers and then list our home as well. We are not easy clients. Both my husband and I work in the real estate industry. That means we know what's supposed to happen, when it's supposed to happen and how it should be communicated. That's quite a bit of pressure for someone but Satch didn't miss a beat and impressed us at every turn. He knew the ins and outs of the home as if it were his own and helped make recommendations about the local area. In fact, our new favorite restaurant is the one he originally recommended after our home inspection. We never felt like "a transaction" - Satch took the time to know our kids by name and never made us feel like we were taking up his time. Even when situations required attention over evenings, weekends and holidays. This was our 3rd home purchase and easily the smoothest. I wouldn't hesitate to work with or recommend Satch to others.
