Former CEO of one of LA's biggest Real Estate companies, Chad Schlotterback is back into Real Estate sales as of the Summer of 2015.
Chad Schlotterback, a native Iowan, got his start in real estate early in 1998 on the beaches of Tampa Bay, Florida. For 6 years Chad "learned" the ropes" in real estate from some of the best mentors of the era, in the area. During his time there he sold many homes and condos.
Then in 2004 Chad moved to Los Angeles where he continued his sales career in a completely new market. His unique style of customer service quickly won over the folks in Los Angeles and quickly he became a top multi-million dollar producer every year since his arrival.
In 2012 Chad became the CEO, Business Coach & Team Leader of Keller Williams where he was ranked number #22 in the nation in recruiting and #1 the California Central Southern region all within his first 9 months. Along the way he co-founded Urban310, a Real Estate Group to continue to take care of his customer base by lending his leadership skills to his talented team of agents. Over the summer of 2015 Chad decided to re-enter into the world of Real Estate sale to once again fulfill his passion of moving families in and out of property.
Clients are generally drawn to his Midwestern work ethic and wholesome charm.
