About Shawn
Shawn worked in the restaurant and retail industry leading successful teams for 20 plus years before deciding to dedicate his customer service skills and business knowledge to the Real Estate profession. Regardless of the environment, customer service and customer relationships have always been priority #1 for Shawn. His mission is to help you achieve your goals and have a blast doing it. Shawn is a Wyoming native and loves fishing and camping. He has been married to his wife, Kelly, for 25 years and they have two children. He also likes to take advantage of the beautiful open spaces Wyoming has to offer, even if it is just by taking a casual drive through the mountains enjoying the views with his wife.
Fun Fact: Kelly doesn’t always consider what Shawn is driving on to be a “road”. She thinks he has a loose definition of the word and uses air quotes when she speaks of such things!

My wife and I have purchased/sold 14 homes in 36 years. Shawn had a lot of market research going well beyond what other real estate marketers had ever shown us at our first meeting. He gave us very good advice on how to prep our property for sale including some advice that saved us a lot of money. He marketed our home aggressively conducting a number of open houses. One of the open houses resulted in the sale of our house. We got asking price and he even managed buyers expectations re: inspection results. Shawn is definitely the best realtor we have had sell a home for us.

Shawn took the time to show us numerous properties in person and online. It took us a awhile to zero in on the home we would be most happy in and Shawn helped us get the price right and make the purchase. His knowledge of the area and available properties was very helpful. He is still a valuable resource as ask about contractors and services in the Cheyenne area.
