I already have recommended Sheri and Redfin to my neighbor! We needed to put an offer in immediately on a newly listed house (our dream home) and I talked to Sheri around 10am-- the offer was submitted by noon! When we finally met in person at the closing, she was just as sweet and genuine as she had been on the phone throughout the whole process. Goodness knows she had to deal with my endless questions day and night-- and she always responded promptly-- like within minutes. And as great as Sheri was, absolutely everyone we dealt with through Redfin was fantastic, including Willy, who was the agent that showed us our house and was present for the inspection. They all really work well as a team and you feel like you're dealing with people, not agents.
