Sherri is an awesome team player as well as someone who was able to simply keep us out of trouble. The escrow was nearly seven weeks. We changed lenders at the midpoint due to a better rate, she had to go to bat for us and fend off the sleer's agent who did not want to go along with the change. We won out but it created a fair amoutn of issues she had to resolve. She also was able to coordinate a rental comparable assessment which was required in the last second by the under writer. She took the initiative to resolve all problems which occurred and delivered the deal to the closing table on time.
