Mr. Sinko & his wife, Cynthia, were exceptional. They explained the selling process in detail to help me understand it, and they worked closely w/ me and kept me updated w/ the progress. He even washed the outside of my former house and did maintenance & repairs inside. I'd definitely recommend them to any prospective home buyer or seller.
